Churchill insurance don’t like customers with disabilities

I moved into a new house just over a month ago. I have been struggling to get churchill insurance give me proper cover for insurance (both contents and buildings) and now they do not recognise I have their home breakdown policy. It is actually a bit like the reason I left homeserve, and not actually worth having, but more on that.
OK, it is Sunday, but I rang about midday as my boiler has stopped working properly. A first guess was the radiators need bleeding, but I could not find a bleed key in the house. In fact I am still struggling to find anything since moving.
Not a problem, I have the wonderful churchill policy which will get me out of problems, except the call guy could not find me in their system, and was not actually interested in my policy number – a weirdo.
I explained I had oxygen in the house, had been in hospital most of the time since moving here, and was also due an appointment at the wonderful Royal Brompton to get a chest drain removed, and after some discussion I eventually got some help in the next 24 hours. I should have mentioned I had an accesscard, but I doubt this would have made much difference as he was a complete idiot, no managers are available to complain to on a Sunday.
To cut a long story short, I received a call from a plumbing company for the next morning, and cancelled their kind help on the premise it is not actually emergency cover for me, and my wife fixed the problem through a series of notes from the previous occupier and youtube videos on vaillant boilers.
I wonder whether this was how a gas safe engineer would have fixed the problem by getting the homeowner to do it themselves, but it is now working better hopefully, and I hope the oxygen cylinders are best in the garage.

Just to add to this shabby treatment by churchill insurance and the company they use for emergency service who are completely useless. I spent another day in hospital because of all the problems already pointed out to the agent for their company who argues he is not an idiot, but just following their policies of ignoring anyone with a disability.

Churchill insurance are complete scumbags in my opinion, and I will not be renewing my policy in January because of their obnoxious behaviour.
