Billericay building a block of flats next to, and opposite a bungalow

I now live in Billericay near to Brightside school where parents live, park, and walk past every day.

I have just recieved notification that a small detached house opposite my property is planned to become two semi-detached properties which look like a block of flats, as they are three storey and typical of developers being greedy for profit. You know, in it for profit.

The site is in Upland road, which leads to Brightside school, and the plan is to add two new semi-detached properties, and room for four vehicles parking with redefined parking entrances.

This will involve in the short term, building vehicles parked in the road at peak times of school parking and entrance and exit by children. This could also cause issues with children safety when they travel to the local swimming pool.

The biggest consequence is the replacement of properties in a part of Upland road largely made up of bungalows, and maybe chalet bungalows as an area where a three storey block of flats can be built.

It also has a major impact on my well being as I rebuild my life after lung surgery, and disabilites which have negative impact on my ability to drive / reverse into a road blocked by builders lorries.
