I have been with Virgin media and associated businesses fornearly 40 years. There was a time when you would leave your phone line downloading something overnight.
And then some greedy scum started running the company and moved the help team to Tibet, or India, or wherever. The service at Virgin media went even worse when they started using people in the UK to answer their problems. They seemed to not read a complaint, OR maybe they employed people who had a lack of ability to read by choice.
I would like to report that after 40 years I have left Virgin media for being crap, with minimal support, and little interest in their customers.
I should point out that my thoughts about peoples ability to read does not mean they have a disabilty, as I realise thay are just plain lazy readers and don’t really care about their customers as they are leaving.
I would recommend people NOT to join O2 or Virgin Media as both companies are largely staffed by people in Asia which is not very helpful when you have a local concern.
